Group Bookings
Riverside has five treatment rooms in which to pamper you and your guests, and we invite you to tailor-make your own special pamper day. For such bookings we urge you to make the appointment as early as possible to avoid disappointment, so that you all might enjoy your treatments at the same time. Please note: a 50% deposit is required when booking for groups. A percentage of the deposit will be refunded upon cancellation depending on the amount of advanced notice given.

Your Treatment Room
Riverside provide a robe or gown to wear when you undress; you will also find disposable pants for spa body and self tanning treatments and slippers for when experiencing our luxury Day Spa Treatments.
Mobile Phones
For total relaxation and complete enjoyment of your treatment, please ensure your mobile is immobile… Thank you.

All major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted. Although not for gratuities and Riverside regrets we are unable to process card payments under £10.

Gift Vouchers
A Riverside Gift Voucher is perfect for everyone. It's a brilliant way to say 'Thank You', 'Happy Birthday', 'Congratulations' or 'Best Wishes'.
It is necessary to present the voucher on arrival to validate your treatment. Please remember that Gift Vouchers are valid for three months and , regrettably, we are unable to offer

Riverside is always trying to say a big 'Thank You' to our loyal clients. We offer an Appreciation Card, that is valid for a year, and is completed each time you visit Riverside.
After your 8th Facial or Body treatment, you can totally pamper yourself as your 9th treatment is completely complimentary.

Cancellations
Just let us know if you are unable to make an appointment.
Should you need to change or cancel an appointment, we would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice
Less than 24 hours notice incurs a £10 fee per treatment hour towards our costs.
